DAY FIVE -- SATURDAY, JUNE 5, 2004

After breakfast, the group headed off for a shopping excursion to SoHo and Chinatown, to be followed by lunch at Pelligrino's in Little Italy.

Even though the tour package included six Broadway shows, none of them were scheduled on Saturday, so group members were able to purchase their own tickets for Saturday matinee and evening shows.

Three from the group went to Yankee Stadium to attend the Texas Rangers and Yankees baseball game. (The Texas Rangers won!)

Shows that different group members attended Saturday included Bombay Dreams; Caroline, or Change; Hairspray; Mamma Mia!; The Phantom of the Opera; Thoroughly Modern Millie; Wonderful Town and De La Guarda.
