DAY SIX -- SUNDAY, JUNE 6, 2004
After breakfast, the group went back up to the area around the American Museum of Natural History, which is at the west edge of Central Park. Next was a rainey tour of Central Park as the group crosses over to the east side to visit the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Sunday matinee show was Avenue Q, described as Sesame Street meets South Park. Avenue Q won the Tony later that same day as Best Musical.

Sunday evening was the Tony Awards ceremony at Radio City Music Hall, which we had toured earlier in the week and saw the set under construction on that stage. Our tour guide, Laurent, arranged a Tony Party in the lobby at our hotel. The shows we had seen during the week cleaned up on Tony awards, including Best Play, Best Musical and Best Musical Revival.

One of the colorful characters that inhabits the Times Square area is known
as the Naked Cowboy. With his hat, guitar and white briefs, he entertains the
crowds and poses for photos.
