DAY SEVEN -- MONDAY, JUNE 7, 2004

Monday morning the group attended a taping of the ABC television show The View. The taped show is scheduled to be aired on Friday, June 18, 2004.

Charlie was called down onto the stage by Angela, who "warms up" the audience before the show begins. She was fascinated by Charlie's red hair. Angela also spoke to Nathanael during the warm-up period.

Because the show was scheduled to air on the Friday immediately before Father's Day, they were having a Father's Day gift giveaway. Every audience member received a new AcoustiClear Desktop CD Player from Brookstone ($149 value each). Because the boxes for so large, we ended up taking all the stereo systems to FedEx to have them shipped back to Texas.

Earlier in the day the group walked over to Fifth Avenue for some last-minute shopping. While sitting in Trump Tower, some of the group saw Donald Trump coming into his building.

Monday afternoon we boarded the chartered bus to go back to LaGuardia airport for the flight home. We arrived back at Temple High shortly after midnight.
